Slope Swich Programmable with Display, Variants : ±10°, ±45°, ±85°
Electronic inclination switch with the latest MEMS-senor technology. The series DNS has an inbuilt display and together with the 3 push-buttons an easy to use programming of the switching functions is possible. 4 switching angles on 2 axis (X-/Y-axis) can be set individually and assigned to 4 switching output signals.
4 x Transistor Output Signal
Indication of slope
Compact and robust design
Hysteresis- / Windows Mode
M12-connector or cable
Wide voltage range 9-30VDC
The electronic slope switches and sensors are trendsetting control units for various industrial applications. Thanks to the robust design, stationary as well as mobile applications are possible.
The digital electronic in combination with the sensing element creates very precise measured values and enable a reliable monitoring of the adjusted switchpoints i.e. angles. The monitoring of an angle range (windows mode) is also possible. The programming can be done with the teach buttons
and by means of the integrated LED-display inside the housing.
The output signal can be programmed with several parameters:
4 switchpoints on the X/Y-axis
Hysteresis or windows mode
Switching logic NO/NC
On-/ Off - Delay times

More Information about inclination switches and inclination sensors
Inclination switches may be installed in stationary or mobile applications, in which it is necessary to measure and safely supervise any kind of an angle. The moment a preset angle has been reached, the respective switching output will open or close. Typical cases of application of inclination switches (which are often also called crash sensors due to their case of operation) are tilt protection devices, lifting platforms, forklifts, cranes, excavators, agricultural machinery, truck trailers and also a lot of electric car charging stations. But inclinations switches are also required and very useful in many more different areas such as mobile homes, yachts, off-road vehicles or wind power plants.
Inclination Switches / Inclination Sensors available from PIMZOS.COM
The electronic inclination switches, also called inclinometers, are equipped with either transistor outputs or relay outputs. They are designed for professional continuous operation and excel by highest quality and accuracy as well as through a robust, compact and an easy-to-assemble design. The sensor element and the electronics are protected against environmental influences excellently by a durable metal housing and the potting compound. All our inclination switches work without mercury and are temperature compensated. Angles are measured contactless by a modern, highly accurate Micro Electromechanical System (MEMS) with intelligent evaluation by a micro controller.
